All of our policyholders will receive an annual notification, which contains information on the insurance and any changes that have taken place during the year. Annual notifications include, among other things, the amount of savings, paid premiums, the amount of pension and changes made to the contract.
Annual notifications are mailed in stages between December and February. You can also see up-to-date information on your insurance contract in Mandatum Life’s Web Service. On the Web Service you can find information on, for instance, your savings’ performance and changes in the contract and send messages to our customer service. Under ‘Archive’ on the Web Service you can also find the annual notification for your insurance and other documents related to your insurance.
If you have opted for the paperless service, the annual notifications will not be mailed to you. You can read the notifications in the Web Service’s archive.
