We have updated and renewed our information concerning personal data processing. As the Group’s operations have evolved, changes have taken place over time in Mandatum’s processing of personal data.
Main changes in Mandatum’s privacy notices
In contrast to our previous data protection policy, from now on we will on describe the processing of personal data within Mandatum Group using file-specific privacy notices. This will enable a more precise and clear description of data processing for each purpose.
We will provide information about data processing, for instance, in separate privacy notices aimed at customers and shareholders. The purpose of the change is to increase the openness and transparency of the personal data processing we carry out.
Moreover, we want to make it easier for data subjects to exercise their rights by providing them with more readily available information about their rights and the contact information needed to exercise their rights.
