NELLA KORPIO
The alpine skier Nella Korpio is on Finland’s national alpine ski team and she earned her first World Cup points in France in 2018. Nella is ambitious and loves to practise and compete.

Valtteri Uusitalo is a motivated and ambitious sailor whose goal is the Olympics. He also studies economics at university.

SAMUEL PUROLA
Sprint runner Samuel Purola has impressed the nation with his exceptional performances. Purola set a Finnish record for 17- and 19-year-olds in the 100-metre sprint with a time of 10.31 seconds, and he also won gold in the Finnish Championships in the indoor 200-metre sprint. In 2021, he won both the 100-metre and 200-metre races at the Kalevalan Kisat competition and in the Finland–Sweden athletics competition. In spring 2023, Purola won national gold for the third time in the 200 metres.
MIKKO KORHONEN
Finland’s number one golfer Mikko Korhonen is a two-time European Tour winner, with wins in 2018 and 2019. In addition to his professional career, Korhonen has founded The 59 Fund to smooth the way for Finnish golf players stepping into the professional arena.
