Mana­ging Group Optimi insu­rance as a com­pany represen­tative

You can view the Group Optimi insurance policies taken out by the company you represent, the insurance premiums and the information on the policy’s insured persons.

How to use the service

Log in to the Web Service and select as the role the company you represent. Go to the Policies section from the Web Service’s top menu and select the policy you require from the Personal risk insurance menu.

Viewing policy information

The Summary tab shows the insurance premiums for this year and the previous year, as well as the groups included in the insurance.

The Insured tab shows the information of the insured persons included in the insurance policy who have valid cover. You can also give notice of new insured persons and those to be removed.

You can submit a new insured person by selecting “Add an insured person” and by following the instructions given by the Messages function.

You can remove an insured person from a policy by going to the insured person’s information and selecting “Remove the insured person”. Write the insured person’s information in the message field.

You can see your company’s information and the effective date of the policy in the policy information.
