Stay on top of your policy and investments. The Mandatum Money app is a mobile service that goes where you go and keeps you up to date on the development of your wealth and policy. You can download the app to iOS or Android devices from app stores.
Download the Mandatum Money app on your mobile device from the app store (App Store and Google Play).
Once you have downloaded the app, accept the service’s terms of use and proceed to authentication. Activate the service using your online banking codes.
Log in to the mobile service using the user ID and the passcode. You can also activate the biometric authentication feature.
The Mandatum Money mobile service is easy and fast to activate. The service can be used on iOS and Android devices. You can find the app using the search term Mandatum (App Store and Google Play).
To activate the app and log in, you will require personal banking codes. The next time you log in you only need the six-digit user ID provided to you by Mandatum and the passcode with at least four digits you have chosen.
In addition to the passcode, you can log in to the Mandatum Money mobile service using Touch ID or Face ID on Apple’s iOS devices, and through fingerprint authentication on Android devices that allow it. When activating the app for the first time, the app will suggest activating the biometric authentication feature. You can enable or disable the feature later in the Mandatum Money mobile service’s passcode login view.
The Mandatum Money mobile service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
If you enable push notifications, you will be alerted whenever there is new information of interest to you.
The Mandatum Money mobile service is safe to use as long as you ensure the information security of your mobile device. Setting up the Mandatum Money app on a new device always requires authentication using online banking codes. When choosing your personal passcode to log in to the service, please remember that the passcode must have at least four digits. If you wish, you can choose a longer passcode. If you forget your passcode, the app will require you to log in to the mobile service using your banking credentials after the third attempt to log in.
If you wish, you can also lock the mobile app credentials in Mandatum’s Web Service. Log in to the Web Service and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Web Service. Select Client information from the drop-down menu. You can lock the credentials in the Mobile apps tab. Locking your credentials means that the next time you attempt to log in, you will be required to use your online banking codes to log in to all apps on all devices.
