How to file a claim for compensation:
When you want to apply for compensation for a work disability, serious illness or permanent impairment caused by an accident, please contact our customer service via our web service by message or by phone at 0200 31100. You will receive the claim form and instructions on how to fill it out.
Fill in the claim form according to the instructions you received.
Once you have filled in the form, you can send it and any attachments via our Web Service attached to a message that concerns the claims matter.
