Under the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services, Mandatum is obligated to ensure the accessibility of its digital services and content in compliance with the level A and AA criteria of the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The Act is based on the EU’s Web Accessibility Directive. The accessibility changes will affect the visual aspects of the digital services and improve their usability.
Accessibility increases equality in our ever-digitalising society and ensures that digital services and content can be used by as many people as possible, regardless of their situation. The objective is to facilitate and support the use of online and digital services by special groups, such as the visually and hearing impaired or people with difficulties concentrating.

Each statement tells whether the digital service fulfils the required conditions and how possible deficiencies in the service’s accessibility are rectified.
