Mandatum discloses Alternative Performance Measures (APMs) in its financial reporting, prepared in accordance with the International Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

The figures presented on this page are figures concerning Mandatum’s historical financial result, financial position and cash flows, which are not key figures as defined or named in the IFRS standards according to the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) “Alternative performance measures” guidelines, and they must therefore be considered to be alternative performance measures. Mandatum believes that alternative performance measures provide meaningful supplementary information to the financial key figures presented in the consolidated financial statements drawn up in accordance with the IFRS standards and increase understanding of the profitability of the company’s operations. 

The alternative performance measures are not key figures defined or named in the IFRS standards and are therefore considered to be key figures other than those defined by the IFRS standards, which should not be observed separately or in the stead of key figures under IFRS.  

Due to the implementation of IFRS 17, key figures are presented for two years as applicable.
